⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Sports Academy with Great Coaching! GOAT Sports Academy is a great place for sports training, offering facilities for both badminton and football. My daughter has been learning badminton here for the past three months, and our experience has been very good. A special thanks to Coach Arvinda Sahu Sir, who is an excellent coach. He provides very good training, gives personal attention to the players, and focuses on improving their skills and performance. The academy also has air-conditioned courts, and one wooden badminton court has already been completed. More wooden courts are gradually being developed, which is a great initiative. Overall, we are very happy with the coaching and facilities. I would definitely recommend GOAT Sports Academy to parents looking for good sports training for their children. Keep up the great work!

Good Football Coaching, but Extremely Disappointing Management & Parent Support! The football coach is genuinely good, and that is probably the only reason we have continued with this academy. Unfortunately, the experience with the reception and administration has been extremely disappointing. The receptionist is polite when greeting parents, but when it comes to resolving genuine concerns, the cooperation is practically nonexistent. Because of poor communication and lack of support, my son is now missing an important tournament match, which is extremely upsetting for both him and us as parents. What is even more frustrating is that there is absolutely no proper escalation mechanism. The receptionist seems to be the only point of contact, calls are answered as per her wish, and parents are not provided with any direct way to reach the owner or senior management. For an academy operating in Gurgaon, I find it surprising that the owner is portrayed as someone so inaccessible that even genuine parental concerns cannot be escalated. If parents are trusting you with their children’s development, accountability should be the bare minimum. We have already paid fees for three months, so my son will continue his classes for now. However, this experience has seriously affected our confidence in the academy, and we are reconsidering his continuation. My advice to other parents: Don’t judge an academy by the welcoming smiles at reception. Judge it by how they respond when your child genuinely needs support. Good coaching deserves appreciation, but poor administration should not be allowed to spoil a child’s passion for football. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
